Sharlene assists in the development of Coca-Cola-branded commercials by student filmmakers across the United States at 62 partnered univeristies. She provides strategic and creative feedback on content pitches to ensure alignment with Coca-Cola and theater partner brand guidelines. Sharlene also helps produce and develop several additional partner-branded projects on behalf of the program.
As Production Coordinator for the Coca-Cola Refreshing Films annual program, Sharlene handles several of the additional back-end logistics of running the program, such as budgets, payroll, financial reporting, travel coordination, database entry and management, archiving, researching, scheduling, and editorial assistance as needed.

The SCAD Production Office is a student-run and student-created organization devoted to in-person and online efforts to connect the filmmaking student body.
The SCAD Production Office hosts an online database encompassing students from Film, Production Design, and Sound Design at the SCAD Savannah College of Art & Design. The office also assists with information regarding permits, locations, or inquiries pertaining to shooting in the Chatham County area.
As a founder of SPO, Sharlene served as a student representative & speaker at SCAD events & functions from 2019 to 2021. "SPO" continues to exist on the SCAD Savannah campus today.
