As Story Editor, Sharlene created the narrative of Stroke Onward's 100-day, 4,548-mile cross-country bike ride for stroke recovery awareness, shaping it into a half-hour documentary special.

Airing now on WCNY-PBS.

IN AN INSTANT is a documentary short that explores the fragility of memories, and how they are influenced in the digital age through photography.

Sharlene was brought onto the producing team to develop the film concept and deck to potential investors. She organized a promotional live event to fundraise for the film, a stand up comedy show called, "Remember that Time?" hosted in Savannah, Georiga. She also developed the production schedule and served as the travel coordinator across two on-location shoots in Boston, MA and New Haven, CT.

CREATURE is a short horror film about a husband and wife trying to repair their struggling relationship while battling an unknown evil that is hunting them from within their new home.

Sharlene drafted and carried out the CREATURE fundraising and festival campaigns. She served as the primary location manager, casting director, talent producer, and production catering manager. She also advised in the story development of the film. 

CREATURE now has 2.1 million views on Youtube.
